If you didn't know, my girlfriend is an awesome artist. I made sims of her characters from one of her webcomics, YU+ME: dream. And here they are for download. :-D

Okay, so we all know I love The Sims2 like...whoa, ne? I had a hard time figuring out where to post these pictures b/c I hardly use my sims LJ, but it's Sims....but the pictures, they are PRETTY. So I'm posting it both places, under cuts.

So. The Windows portion of my computer? It's entirely crashed. I can't even get in using Safe Mode.

I'm grateful for putting Ubuntu on. Even if I can't get into the Windows section from here (as so far, I can't, though maybe one of my roommates w/ more computer skillz can)...at least all my music is on this section and all my important documents and pictures were backed up. The only thing that may have been lost? My millions of Sim downloads. :-( But those are thankfully, not too entirely difficult to replace.

I've been looking to get a new computer anyway, as I was quite sure my laptop was ready to give out on me. The only sucky thing is I'll have to borrow money from my girlfriend. Not that she hasn't offered or anything, I just hate borrowing money even if it's from people who love me and only want to help me and I hate that I can never seem to "get ahead" as far as money is concerned. I'm so scared about school this year because of it. Bleh.

(I've been up for two hours and a majority of the time was spent finding an appropriate icon, as I only had one icon uploaded which was the "yay" one and I didn't find it to be especially appropriate for this post....heh)

So when I normally download people's premade sims, I always give them makeovers. Always. Mostly cuz then I can delete things I did not like (clothes, makeup, eyes) and not lose the awesome sim. So the extreme makeover challenge....was not so much a challenge. I actually did it all in a night and a bit (cuz I couldn't dl everyone's sim right away and cuz one got forgotten in the post). Then I went and made a huge, 8 person family and my game's graphics went wonky and even though I moved all of them out by twos and went back, it was still all wonky.....

.....a week goes by. I decided to boot up the game to play and was like, "Oh yeah, picture shoot!" So I took a couple pictures. ....a few days went by. I took some more pictures. ...a few more days went by. I got around to editing and just before I was going to upload them to photobucket? I hear a "pop" and then all the electricity in the house goes out. D:

So yes, it's been work getting this all posted, heh.

And I will admit this ahead of time. Male sims, in general, bore me, but I wanted to do ALL the sims. So um, there are less pictures of male sims (and male sims have boring clothes because I don't have good male clothes and...). At a ratio of probably 3:1. XD
